Hi guys, Here is the solution to reslve my issue,

that is valid as well if you want to install derby 10.10.1.1 in your NB 8.0.
In may case the option for grant permission was as follows, permission
java.net.SocketPermission "localhost:1527", "listen,resolve"; Thanks. Best
