So, I found this issue which is very similiar only it uses the
BoundSessionContext in the same package. It appears it's a GF issue.. at
least http://java.net/jira/browse/GLASSFISH-19226 You need to log in to view
it but you can use your java.net credentials. So, it looks like it's still
open..on 3.1.2.2
