Issue is with the way you upgrade to v3.1.2. If you upgrade from v3.1.1 to
3.1.2 then we see this issue, but if you do the fresh installation v3.1.2, no
issues. Issue with default-web.xml. If you upgrade from 3.1.1 to 3.1.2, then
replace default-web.xml with from v3.1.2, then it works. I believe it has to
do with "system-jar-includes" param value. Thakns, Anand
