How many parallel transactions are running at the same time? There should be
an INFO message in the server.log saying "Asynchronous thread for incomplete
tx is enabled with interval ..." - what's the interval (it's in seconds)?
There is also a check on the size of incomplete transactions, but it suppose
to be cleaned up at the end of each transaction, so it seems like a bug. Can
you file it under 'jts' component with all details that you can share?
