i have DSL modem; i configure port forwarding to my particular local ip
address for my gf server; i also configure port forwarding for port 80 to
port 8080 ;
that way my server is available with just domain name -- ie.
http://emiddio.getmyip.com
i did not buy a registered name - i use a free one from dyn.com .
