We had to step carefully since there are other processes on the servers using
Java but I was able to work with the sysadmin to get GlassFish using Java
1.6.0_31. It did the trick! I'm confused as to how a slightly dated version
of Java could cause a ClassNotFoundException but I'm just happy to have the
cluster up and running. Thanks for the tip Tom.
