Yes, this is reproducable. It happens just like described upon restart of the
server. And each repeated refresh of the page gives the error when index.jsp
is not found. I have installed the server several times with different
options, with and without update center, different directories, problem
happens every time.
You are welcome to contact me if there is anything you want me to try.
Meanwhile, I will keep experimenting.
