JSSE from Oracle does not offer PSK cipher suites.
You may look at the IAIK toolkit
(
http://jce.iaik.tugraz.at/sic/content/download/854/6153/.../iSaSiLk_psk.pdf),
however it's not free-of-charge anymore..
