Hi experts, as I'm still encountering the above issue with build 12 I need
to apply the workaround.

The workaround section for the mentioned bug mentions so create the
following elements in domain.xml

<transports>
<transport linger="0" name="tcp"></transport>
</transports>

Is there a way ot achieve this using 'asadmin'?

Consulting the reference guide did not give me a clue.
