I have closed this bug as invalid. The create-service(1) [1] man page
already describes the --serviceproperties option.

This man page also describes the --name option, which is the option to use to
sepcify the name of the service that is to be used when the service is
administered through Oracle Solaris SMF commands or the service management
features of the Windows operating system.
