Well, thank you very much, I should have checked the docs more carefully,
this is what I found in the docs:
getTimers: Get all the *active* timers associated with this bean. My tests
yesterday gave me this result too.
cancel: NoSuchObjectLocalException - If invoked on a timer that has *expired*
or has been *cancelled*.
For the third part, I am cancelling the current and creating a new one. I
hope this is not a big overhead for the server.
