Hi,
I had exactly the same problem.
In my case it was after a fresh unzip of the glassfish pack.
check your server.log if you find something like 'corrupt' or:
install/applications/__admingui/WEB-INF/lib/webui-jsf-4.0.2.6.jar|#]
server.log_2011-05-28T08-14-26:[#|2011-05-27T12:47:04.442+0200|WARNING|glassfish3.2|javax.enterprise.system.tools.deployment.org.glassfish.deployment.common|_ThreadID=15;_ThreadName=Thread-1;|invalid
END header (bad central directory offset) -- invalid zip fi le:
file:/opt/SGESv3.2/glassfish/lib/install/applications/__admingui/WEB-INF/lib/webui-jsf-4.0.2.6.jar|#]
the webui-jsf-4.0.2.6.jar is the problem, and mostly it occurs, if you have
downloaded the zip-archive.
I could overcome this with copying the file from another system or earlier
glassfish package.
I hope you find the above helpful.
Regards,
Dave.
