Which GlassFish version and JDK version are you running ?
If you are running v3, do you see any error in
glassfish3/glassfish/domains/domain1/logs/server.log ?
Do you see the page where it says loading admin console when you try to
launch the console ?
Maybe you can try clearing your browser's cache, exit and restart the
browser and see how it goes.
