Hi I am experiencing the same issue,
but unfortunately I do not have a solution yet.
Maybe the server has to be tuned better.
Under windows system the max number of TCP sockets that can be opened is
limited and there is a specific tuning to open up sockets to the maximum.
Anyway I think this is a tuning issue on Glassfish directly.
