Glassish 3.1 Blows up when setting default web module.

Hi,

I'm seeing an issue with glassfish v3.1.1 bundled with netbeans.  I can
easily and consistantly repeat these steps which leads to the web server
unable to display the web app/page.  It does NOT give off an error on
deploy or run, but only gives off a blank page with nothing on it.  No
errors, no messages.

These are the steps that kills it:

1. Fresh install of latest Netbeans bundled with glassfish.  Set Default web
module to desired project via admin console.

2.  Web page/app is up and running without issue using default web module,
or directly to page.

3.  Stop glassfish server.

4.  Right click project in netbeans, select Clean and Build.

5.  Right click project in netbeans, select Deploy which starts glassfish.

6.  Run project.

At this point the server will not launch the web page correctly.  It only
displays a blank page.  If I create a completely new project it will not
launch either.  This happens on different computers, different OS.

To fix this issue, these are the steps that I follow:

1.  Undeploy the applciation via admin console.

2.  Restart Glass fish Server.

3.  App comes up fine.

At this piont, I can go back in and set the default web module again and it
will work fine.  But if I deploy the application again, it has a tendancy
to blow up again, displaying only a blank page.

Anyone that has any insight or comments about this error, please share your
thoughts.  This is getting very frustrating and this didn't happen in v2.2.

Thanks!
