Although the logs says it cannot find the .jsp file, this isn't the file
that should exist. The log is misleading.
It is actually looking for common/index.jsf file.
Can you check the permission of the the jar file
C:/glassfish3/glassfish/modules/console-common.jar ?
The file index.jsf should be in this jar.
Besides the console not coming up, are you able to do other, like
deploying a sample application and access it ?
