I have the same issue even with Glassfish 3.1 while deploying in a cluster.
Using Netbeans (e.g. 7.0) I am able to deploy the EAR on GF 3.1 but here it
is a developer installation of Glassfish.
Curiously with GF 2.1.1 I there was not this issue on deployment.
It is really bad to see that the only working part are static pages on IIS...
so the load balancer is working fine but GF 3.1 not.
