Could you provide some guidance on how to create a resource which is used
solely for configuration? As for providing configuration options through
ejb-jar.xml or application.xml, this would require to redeploy the
application on every configuration change. If new configuration changes can
be applied dynamically, or at least, through application reload, that would
be much better.
