Do you see every JAR being downloaded again for every launch? Because the
GlassFish JARs themselves have changed from previous versions to 3.1 final
Java Web Start on the client will (correctly) see that the cached JARs are
out-of-date and will download the new ones. But that should happen only
once for a given client launching from a given domain.
