BTW why not rely only on local/cluster resources and for remote (i.e.
unreliable connection) use local queueing and let MQ deliver when
remote comes back online? not sure about if something like "remote"
queue exists in OpenMQ (I use WMQ) but you can easily simulate this
using MDB
