I can't share any code, unfortunately. I could try to reproducing it
with a smaller project.

I get a ClassNotFoundException on a class that is in an exploded JAR
in WEB-INF/lib.
The same code deploys fine on 3.0.1, using Oracle Glassfish Server
Tools 1.6.0.2010071726.
The Eclipse installation that deploys unsuccessfully on 3.1 nightly,
is using Oracle Glassfish Server Tools 1.6.1201009290929.
I have not tried to deploy on 3.1 nightly with Oracle Glassfish Server
Tools 1.6.0.2010071726, but I'll give it a shot.
