In-place upgrade of 3.0.1 binary to 3.1 through installer is not
supported.
You can install 3.1 in a parallel directory and run asupgrade from
3.1install/bin
to upgrade your domain OR run updatetool from 3.0.1 to upgrade to 3.1.
