I just put Glassfish 3.1b26 on a Windows 2008 r2 box. Upon launching, it
runs the CPU time up to 50% and sits there. There are no applications on
it.
Have I done something wrong?
The one thing I can think of that's a bit odd is that this is a 64-bit OS
running on a Xeon processor (a VMWare virtual). I mindlessly tried to
install the Windows x64 version of Java. That executable was not
recognized. So I fell back on the 32-bit version. That installed fine.
asadmin create-service also worked fine (for a change); thanks to whoever
fixed that bug!
Any ideas here? This isn't exactly an odd platform.
Best,
Laird
