thank you all for your replies,
what weird is i have worked with the project locally, it had worked fine, then i wanted to try it with hudson and ant so i put it in svn repository, the IDE had copied the jars to ./lib folder as i made the hudson build sense that moment it didn't work any more and i started to get this Error.
in the classes i haven't changed anything
