Hi.
This is issue 12769:
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=12769
It has been fixed as of build 15 of GlassFish 3.1. I realize this does not help if you must run on 3.0.1. As a workaround you could install GlassFish into a path that does not include a space.
