I see, but note that you did not apply updates, you actually installed
additional packages which were not present in your initial installation
and that eventually caused the problem...

Since you cannot apply updates from Admin console update section, you
need to run 'pkg image-update' command and this will upgrade your
installation from v3 to 3.0.1 (which is stable release, so everything
should work without glitch).

You should stop your domains before applying the update and restart them
afterwards. You may also want to clean up osgi-cache directories for
each domain which was running before restarting so that all OSGi bundles
get cleanly reloaded.
