I had asked the earlier user who had faced this issue to file a bug, but
looks like he/she never filed one. I just filed a bug [1] and attached a
patch. It will be fixed in 3.1 for sure. For now, can you just update
just the classes directly in modules/commons-codec-repackaged.jar?
