You will need to uninstall most packages with version 3.1-15 which were
installed from dev.glassfish.org repository , i.e.
glassfish-cluster
glassfish-ha
glassfish-verifier
shoal
sun-javaee-engine
This should bring your runtime back to the original state. If you really
do require glassfish-verifier, you can explicitly install one
corresponding to your installation version using this command:
pkg install glassfish-verifier_at_3.0-74.2
Other packages from the list are newly introduced in 3.1 release and
have no function in the context of your v3 installation, so you can just
leave them off.
