I have a JPA + EJB + CDI web app in a single WAR with about 30 embedded JARs in WEB-INF/lib which deploys to Glassfish 3.0.1 and 3.1-b12 in about 30 seconds.
I've just tried 3.1-b15, but the server hangs during deployment with CPU load above 90 %. In the log, I see messages of the type
Skipping reparsing...file:/glassfish-3.1-b15/glassfish/domains/domain1/.../WEB-INF/lib/foo.jar
every 30 seconds or so. A thread dump reveals activity in 3 or 4 threads named hk2-jar-scanner.
Any ideas?
