So, I was able to run Woodstox parser after some time.

I downloaded the woodstox-core-XXX.jar from their webpage and placed it under domains\domain1\lib and it worked.

I don't know if I was supposed to do that, but it seems to work, at least the exception is not throwed at my face anymore.
