I asked you to look at the broker log, not the server log. These are completely separate files.The broker log is under the imq directory under your Glassfish domain. It should log the startup of the broker and its JMX initialisation.
If you are looking only at the server log, the entry to look for is
INFO: MQJMSRA_RA1101: SJSMQ JMS Resource Adapter starting: EMBEDDED
INFO: MQJMSRA_RA1101: SJSMQ JMSRA Started:EMBEDDED
Did the embedded broker start?
