i see.... now that is an irritating bug. would it be better to stick with 4.0.3 until this is resolved then?
It's probably safer to go with the more usual method of storing the php pages in a jar with it own web.xml declaring the servlet for the moment then.
I've linked to this thread in my tutorial so people can make an informed decsion. Hope they sort out this bug soon.
