Yes, I can access the repo you mentioned.
I tried it on my another laptop and it got a successful build.
I didn't set anything on <my.home>/.m2/settings.xml.
I will try it again on my first machine to see what happened there.
Do you mean i need set something in .m2/settings.xml?
