Error indicates "Cannot use an EntityTransaction while using JTA".
The source of the problem may be with your persistence.xml file.

If you've deployed your app in a container, there must be something wrong with your code. You may be using an illegal command to control the synchronization between the persistence context and your underlying database. The command may have remained from your test cases!
