Thanks! It works。This problem is solved step by step:
1) Install imagemagick
2) Instatll jmagick
3) put the jmagick.jar into the $GLASSFISH_HOME/lib
4) Login the admin console, add the .so file path into the Configuration>Jvm settings >path settings
