can you post :
i) jdbc connection pool configuration and jdbc-resource configuration
ii) exact exceptions found in server.log
iii) version/build of GlassFish (I assume it is GlassFish v3)

iv) ejb descriptors (ejb-jar and sun-ejb-jar.xml) if any (to know about the <resource-ref> and its sharing semantics)
