Hi,
I found an easier option. Go to
http://java.decompiler.free.fr/ and download the jd-gui executable. Run it and open the appserv-rt.jar file from your glassfish\lib directory. There is an option in the menu "File --> Save Jar Sources" which allows you to save the sources for a given jar file.
