newbie: EE5 Tutorial, Netbeans add server instance

my constellation: local test server for learning; Ubuntu 8.4, Netbeans 6.7.1 ; Glassfish 2.1.1: "domain1": '/opt/SUNWappserver/domains/domain1/'

I try to 'Building the Examples' from EE5 Tutorial (http://java.sun.com/javaee/5/docs/tutorial/doc/bnaan.html) - but this paper is not up to date with Netbeans 6.7.1:
"5. Select Register Local Default Domain and click Next." , but Netbeans offers (server location "/opt/SUNWappserver"):
"Register Local Domain", "R. Remote D.", "Create Personal Domain" +"Profile" [SelectionMenu]: "Default","developer","cluster","enterprise"
and the note "no registerable default domains available. Check file permission."

"Register Local Domain" ask for 'Domain folder' ( but '...domain1/' doesn't fit) and Admin Port. "Create Personal Domain" only ask for 'Domain folder'.

Questions:
1. What means "Create Personal Domain"? : Is it the same as creating a domain manually & "Register Local Domain" or is it a domain that only exist in Netbeans or what?
2. What I have to do for "5. Select Register Local Default Domain.." ?

thanks
