Hello Fredric. I'm not certain of the exact problem, but the error message appears to be related to the permissions of the /opt/SUNWappserver directory and its subdirectories.
If the user account doesn't have permissions to write to the domain directory, you won't be able to register the domain, as deployment from NetBeans involves creating files in the domain directory tree.
So you should check the permissions of /opt/SUNWappserver, and adjust them so your user account has write access.
