Did you check that messages were definitely on the queue? (Use the MQ command imqcmd list dst, or see if they can be received using another application)
Were there any interesting warnings or errors in the Glassfish server log? (domains\domain1\logs\server.log)
Were there any interesting warnings or errors in the MQ broker log? (domains\domain1\imq\instances\imqbroker\log\log.txt)
