cp6 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:49234 :::* LISTEN [???] -- on localhost interface is used to check the status of server and to shut it down. You can over-ride the port by setting the system property com.sun.enterprise.admin.server.core.channel.port to the desired port number.
tcp6 0 0 :::38874 :::* LISTEN [???] -- is used for JMX rmi connector server object. If you have the right version installed, you can use the instructions in this blog
