Re: Glassfish Admin Console gives 404 error

Make sure the admin console behaves properly before placing any JAR in
its folders, creating data sources, or deploying applications.
A clean JDK install wouldn't hurt here either (or at least make sure
the jre/lib/ext does not contain any additional JARs).

Also, can you try the "Preview" version of GlassFish v3? It's much
more recent than "Prelude" (although not yet a supported version).
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/downloads/v3-preview.html (you can
probably use the "Web Profile" if you come from Tomcat).
