Which JMS resource adapter are you using?
"jmsra" (which is default in Glassfish) or "genericjmsra"?
If you use JMSRA there's a ActivationSpec property addressList that you can use to specify which MQ broker to connect to.

You only need to set this if you wish to override the value defined for the resource adapter.
If you're using GenericJMSRA (as you rather imply) we'll need to wait for a member of the GenericJMSRA community to come along.
