Thanks for the replies. Now I don't have the problem since, we are using a Glassfish cluster with Sunweb server. I installed the certificate into Sun Web Server and it works fine now.

Yes, please send the keytool logs. Are you installing the GoDaddy bundle or the cert + intermediate certs?
