There are reasons to have multiple Domains on one host (commonly done to set up different admin realms for dev/uat/prod) but if they are all going to be in on logically administered group, then you can have 1 DAS (Domain) to admin multiple instances. Most of the time a group if instances on 1 host report to the same DAS. The best overview is here:

If you do want 3 separate domains, you'll have to setup separate snmp monitors for each of them.
