Take a look at the bottom of the post of details. When Glassfish is setup, a self-signed keypair called "s1as" is created in the keystore.jks in \glassfish\domains\domain1\config. The instructions describe how to create a new keypair, get it signed by a CA and import the root, class and signed certificates, to create a signed and chained SSL certificate for Glassfish.
