Google didn¹t turn up the answer to this so here goes:

Why does the command:

asadmin create-domain ‹portbase 1001 svc_tier

With

rg.apache.derby.jdbc.EmbeddedDriver is not registered with the JDBC driver
manager
CLI130 Could not create domain, svc_tier

I¹ve definitely used create-domain before but did recently install NetBeans
6.7 if that matters somehow.
