Thanks for the replies man. Finally i was able to see the wsdl as i wanted. I have tried the wsdl first approach but not able create a proper wsdl to generate code.
Studied the annotations(from one of you links) and was able to make it. basically setting @SOAPENCODINGType yo literal style helped..
