I don't think this will fully resolve Felipe's problem since the first
invocation of pkg command will also go through the same (interactive)
bootstrap script...

this is more convoluted, but you should be able to use direct call to UC
bootstrap jar in order to get updatetool packages installed without any
user input - see this:
