Glad you got it resolved. As far as filing bugs, if it's a glassfish
bug, report it at:
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectIssues

If it's a glassfish plugin for eclipse bug, report it at:
https://glassfishplugins.dev.java.net/issues/
